Can you work outside our trading hours?
Yes. Most commercial work is done early morning, in the evening or at weekends, so customers and staff aren't disrupted. We agree times with you before booking.
How do you price commercial work?
Every job is priced individually from photos or a free site visit. You get a fixed price and a written scope before any work starts, with no call-out fee.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with £5M public liability cover. A copy of the certificate is available on request.
Can you provide risk assessments and method statements?
Yes. A risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) for your site can be supplied before work starts.
What do you need from us on the day?
Access to the areas being cleaned and, where possible, an outside water supply. We bring all equipment and products.
How do you handle chemicals and run-off?
We use professional products suited to each surface, protect plants and drains, and control run-off. Products are used at the manufacturer's recommended dilutions.
Do you offer regular maintenance contracts?
Yes. Monthly, quarterly or twice-yearly cleans at a fixed price per visit, invoiced after each visit.
What can you clean?
Car parks, forecourts, yards and loading bays; shopfronts and building facades; awnings, canopies and marquees; rooflights; communal entrances and steps; artificial pitches and play areas; and groundcare machinery such as Turf Tank robots and line markers.
