Old tiles and grout can be damaged by high pressure, so Victorian paths get a low-pressure clean with a suitable treatment. Any cracked or loose tiles are pointed out from your photos before work starts.
What cleaning can't do
We clear weeds from the surface and joints, but we can't stop them returning — new seeds settle in the gaps over time, carried by wind and birds.

Yes. Tiled or stone steps can be cleaned along with the path. Include them in your photos and they'll be in your fixed price.
Can flats share the cost of cleaning a shared path?
Yes. John quotes once for the whole job and sends each flat its own invoice for its share.
