How John does it
Pressure washing can strip or crack render, so render is soft washed instead: the treatment does the work, not the pressure. Most staining lifts on the day, and some keeps fading over the following weeks.

What customers say
Common questions
Is it safe for my children, pets and plants?
Plants are pre-wetted and delicate areas protected before any treatment is used. John will tell you how long to keep children and pets off the surface afterwards, usually until it has dried.
Why can't render be pressure washed?
High pressure can strip paint, crack render and force water behind it. Soft washing uses low pressure and a treatment that kills algae and mould, so the render is cleaned without damage.
How soon will I see results on my render?
Most staining lifts on the day. Some marks, especially black mould and lichen, keep fading over the following weeks as the treatment works.
How often does render need cleaning?
Usually every two to four years. North-facing walls and render near trees or gardens tend to go green sooner.
